DMCA Policy

Olefit respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. This policy outlines our procedures regarding claims of copyright infringement and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We are committed to protecting the original content published on our design blog, including articles, images, and other creative works.

This page also details how copyright owners can submit a takedown notice for infringing material found on olefit.com, and how users may respond to such notices.

Counter-Notification Process

If your content has been removed from olefit.com due to a copyright infringement claim, and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. This counter-notice must be in writing and include the following elements:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location (URL) where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
